Skiffie Fest

Skiffie Fest 2026 is a premier coastal rowing event returning to Delamont Country Park on the shores of Strangford Lough from July 31st to August 2nd, 2026. The festival features thrilling 2km St Ayles skiff racing, live music, local food, and family-friendly activities.

The event has a history of successful, well-attended, and competitive, yet friendly, racing, often requiring multiple “waves” of entries to accommodate the high number of participating clubs.

SkiffieWorlds

SkiffieWorlds is the World Championship of the St Ayles Class of coastal rowing boat. It is held every three years – in 2025 it was held in Stranraer and the 2028 venue is due to be announced in December 2026.

SkiffieWorlds is an event that brings people together from across the world, highlighting the sense of community and connection that lies at the heart of coastal rowing.
